 A Not So Silent Night Is Back - Bigger and Better Than Ever

You Can Participate In Person or Online!

After two years, the Richmond Christmas Fund's signature event, A Not So Silent Night, returns live and in person! On Wednesday, December 7, we hope you'll join us at the brand new Porsche Centre Richmond, in the Richmond Auto Mall, for an evening of tasteful elegance, holiday cheer, and community spirit.

Taking place from 5:30pm to 8:30pm, this year's event - a standup reception - will feature a carefully curated selection of food and drink, festive entertainment, and two spectacular auctions - one live and one silent.

The live auction includes a limited number of exclusive packages, built around luxury travel, high-end dining, and (very) fast cars. To participate in the live auction, you must purchase a ticket (see below) and attend the event in person. We promise you'll be glad you did!

If you're not available on December 7 - even if you're not in Richmond - don't worry: you can still bid in the silent auction! That's because it's happening entirely online. The silent auction will run from 9:00am on November 21 to 8:00pm on December 7. After creating an account, you can bid from the comfort of your home, or anywhere else! That includes the event itself, if you happen to be attending.

The silent auction winners will be notified by email, and given details on when and where to pick up their items.

Net proceeds from both auctions, along with ticket sales, will benefit the Richmond Christmas Fund, which, this year, is marking its 90th anniversary. Operated by Richmond Cares, Richmond Gives, the Christmas Fund helps brighten the holidays for our neighbours in need, providing them with grocery vouchers, toys, and gift cards, so they can enjoy a festive celebration.

 You Won! Now What Happens?

Update: If you weren't able to pick up your auction items on December 10 or 11, at Porsche Centre Richmond, not to worry! All unclaimed items have been moved to Richmond Cares, Richmond Gives (RCRG), where they're available for pick up.

The RCRG office is located at 190 - 7000 Minoru Boulevard, in the Richmond Caring Place, and is open Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. 

When you arrive, tell reception that you're there to claim your auction items, and present your ID. A staff member will then bring everything out.

Please note that our office will be closed for the holidays, from December 23 through January 2. Our regular office hours will resume on January 3, and any unclaimed auction items will once again be available for pick up.

If the clock strikes 8:00pm on December 7, and you're the winning bidder on one or more items, you'll receive an email with instructions on how to complete your payment. The email will also provide details on when and where to pick up your items, but just to be safe, we're including that information here as well.

You can claim your items on Saturday, December 10 or Sunday, December 11, on the third floor of Porsche Centre Richmond, located at 13171 Smallwood Place, in the Richmond Auto Mall.
